We will be happy to provide a tasting for you. Our complimentary tastings are limited to cake, but we do offer other items for cost. For example, we provide live cannoli bars if you desire and will provide a tasting for a minimal cost. So let us know if you have other interests. All of our tastings take place at our brick-and-mortar location in Waynesville, NC. Just a few miles from West Asheville.

Our Cannoli are filled with an Empasta Ricotta cream that we make in house in the Italian tradition. Our shells are dipped in pistachios, chocolate and more.
